Jessica Taylor

Jessica Taylor began her dance training at the Center of Creative Arts (COCA) in St. Louis, Missouri. She then received her degree in dance from Point Park University Dance Conservatory in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has studied with such artists as Robert Battle, Doug Varone, ansd Jason McDole, among others. Her choreography has been nationally recognized at the American College Dance Association for her piece entitled "TRONIC" in 2008. She has been a dance instructor for over seven years, teaching many genres to all ages. She has choreographed for the Pittsburgh Playhouse Dance Company of Point Park University, SUNY Purchase, COCAdance Pre-professional Company, Squonk Opera and Herbert Hoover Boys and Girls Club of St. Louis. A resident of Brooklyn, Jessica is currently a member of Dajhia Ingram Dance Company, a guest artist for Amalgamate Dance Company, and is a freelance choreographer, pilates instructor and a massage therapist.
